Loki – 9 month old male German Shepherd Cross

This handsome boy is Loki who is a German Shepherd cross Collie who is 9 months old. Loki urgently needs a forever home or foster home. He has been in a home since August. He is a clever, trainable dog with a lot of energy that needs a good amount of exercise and stimulation, someone who understands him and is able to set boundaries and read his signals. He would make a brilliant agility dog. He is okay with other dogs and loves children (older children would be better as he is quite a large dog)! His owners have had to give him up because one of them is very sick.

He is not reacting well to the stress from this in the house and getting less exercise as a result of his owner’s ill health. He was adopted in August and has been a wonderful dog but the past 5 days have been very stressful for him and his behaviour has changed. He needs a confident, calm owner or fosterer who has the time to exercise and care for him. He was one of 6 siblings in Romania, 3 who have been homed by SilverPaws. He is fully vaccinated, parasite treated and has a passport. He is not neutered and this needs to be done as soon as possible and is a non negotiable requirement and will be part of the adoption contract.
