Oh Lucy is such a lovely girl, very gentle, loving and sweet, I just loved her straight away. She is such a pretty girl and has the most beautiful eyes and face as you can see. Lucy loved all the attention we were giving her when I took her photographs and she just leans against you and takes great comfort from being stroked, fussed and held. Even when we let her off the lead she kept coming back for cuddles, it was so lovely. She really is a beautiful and sweet natured girl, and is adorable.
Lucy will need someone at home with her, and interacting with her, for at least half the day please, and will need 2 good walks every day. She will need a secure, enclosed garden to enjoy with you and a lovely squashy bed (or sofa!) to recline on please. Lucy knows basic commands, so has definitely been someone’s dog, big shame on them for casting her aside to fend for herself, especially in this freezing weather. She does a lovely sit and even wants to give you her paw for a treat, bless her. She walks beautifully on the lead and is a pleasure to walk.
Lucy has been spayed, vaccinated and microchipped and can be rehomed outside of our local area subject to a successful homecheck. Lucy is fine with other dogs and could live with one, she wasn’t interested in the cats on her cat test and could live with children aged 10+ (we say that purely because we have no background history for her).
I really, really hope that someone will see Lucy for the beautiful dog that she is, inside and out. She has a really lovely temperament and will make a very easy companion. Please give her the chance to show you as she is very, very, very, very distressed and upset in kennels, poor girl.
