Luna – 3 year old male German Shepherd Dog

Please meet Luna. Luna is a 3 year old German Shepherd and is an absolute pleasure to be around as she just wants lots of fun, games, strokes and belly tickles. Luna is being re-homed due to no fault of her own. Unfortunately her previous owners arrangements have changed which has left them devastated and needing to find a Luna a forever home. Luna will need to live with another dog for same species companionship and play. She is good around young children (3 year old) and other dogs as she has been living with an older German Shepherd. She does get slightly nervous around lots of excitable children as she has only been living around one three year old.

Luna walks well on a lead, although does pull slightly due to excitement. She is slightly nervous around noisy traffic (lorries) when out on walks and much prefers walking through the woods/fields. Luna has been walked off of the lead but only in enclosed environments (fenced off training fields). It is advised that she is kept on the lead until she has mastered recall 110%.

Luna responds well to her name and is good at coming when her name is called. She has mastered basic commands such as; sit, paw and down. Luna does bark when the doorbell rings and is excited when you get home as she knows that it is time for walks and attention. She really is the perfect family dog and would make a perfect addition to your family.

Luna has not been around cats. Luna is fully vaccinated, neutered and microchipped.
