Mally and Megan – 10 and 4 year old male and female Staffordshire Bull Terriers

Mally and Megan are two wonderful 10+ and 4 year old Staffordshire Bull Terriers who are best of friends and would love to find the perfect forever home together.

Mally is a lovely, older, gentle boy, who is totally bewildered to find himself in kennels and has no idea what is happening to him, it’s absolutely heartbreaking. His eyesight appears to be slightly limited, and this must be making the whole experience even more traumatic for him. He is very loving and is so pleased to have some affection. He is good with other dogs and lived with children and 2 cats in his previous home. A quieter home would be perfect, although a loving, warm, comfortable home, with Megan, is all that Mally is asking for.

(Mally)

Megan is a lovely little girl, who is clearly shocked to find herself in kennels. She is good with other dogs and used to sleep in bed with 2 cats at night-time. She has lived with children too, of course. She is very loving and really needs someone to love and cherish her forever. She is desperate for some affection and was pressing herself against the bars of her kennel in the hope of getting some human contact when I met her. Both dogs are housetrained, travel well, are good on the lead and used to being in a home.

Megan will be spayed, and Mally’s neutering potential will be discussed with the vet. Both dogs will be vaccinated and microchipped before being rehomed. They are under the care of the RSPCA Norfolk West and are kenneled in West Norfolk. They could be rehomed outside the county, within reason, subject to a successful homecheck.

(Megan)

When I visited them I’m afraid I stood and cried, I’ve never seen dogs more confused and upset to be in kennels than these two. They have been through a very traumatic time recently, poor Mally in particular bearing the brunt of it, and to see them in the kennel was almost more than I could bear. They should be tucked up on a sofa somewhere or under someone’s duvet.

If you feel you could offer Mally and Megan the loving home they so deserve please do get in touch as soon as possible. Please consider Mally and Megan, they really really need someone to love them. Thanks so much for taking the time to read this.
