Matilda and Honey are two seven-year old Lhasa Apso sisters who are bonded and they go everywhere together. They love to cuddle together in their bed or the couch. Where Honey goes Matilda is behind her. Matilda has come out of her shell and is going into the garden on her own when she needs to. Honey loves a fuss and makes sure she is in on it when Matilda gets her cuddles.
Matilda and Honey love to be around humans although they can be hesitant at first. These ladies are happy to be around other dogs that are not too excitable. They have not been tested. Matilda and Honey are almost housetrained. They hustle and bustle around the house like two little hedgehogs but are happiest cuddled up together with their humans. They both eat well Matilda’s eyes are weak but that doesn’t hold her back at all. Both snore like drunken sailors so a family who has selective hearing would be ideal.
The Apso twins are new to walks so are a bit overwhelmed by it but they are improving with every trip out. Matilda and Honey are a bonded pair so will need to be re-homed together. A calm resident dog would be helpful to teach them how to be pets. These two little ladies deserve plenty of attention.
Matilda and Honey are neutered, chipped, vaccinated and up to date with their flea and worming treatment. Potential adopters will be expected to travel to meet them in their foster home in Rhondda, South Wales.
If you are interested in adopting them please read about our rehoming process and complete a Pre-Adoption form ( link here ) and one of our adoption coordinators will contact you for a chat.
