Max – 6 year old male German Shepherd Dog

Max is a 6 year old male German Shepherd Dog. Max has lived outside for all his life and never been properly socialised therefore he isn’t used to kids, dogs or cats. Sadly, as a result he is quite a nervous boy and will need someone prepared to give a little extra to bring him out of his shell.

You can’t help but feel sorry for Max. He comes out of his kennel and greets you quite cautiously with his head dropped down in a timid way. You want to wrap him all up and make him feel safe and loved. He has come into our care through no fault of his own as his previous owner had their home repossessed and couldn’t keep him. Max doesn’t need pity, he needs someone to encourage his confidence and socialise him fully so he doesn’t feel intimidated so much. No hint of aggression, just nervousness.

Max is at Panton Kennels – Tel: 01673 858622. Please ring to make an appointment. As this is a private boarding kennel, appointments must be made before arrival to avoid disappointment.
