Max – 4 year old male Jack Russell Terrier

Please meet Little Max. Max is a 4 year old Jack Russell who was emaciated when he arrived here, cowering away from any human as he has clearly been beaten and abused by people. Max has been slowly learning to regain his trust in people and he is looking for a quiet home with minimal people and visitors  where he can snooze the day away in peace and enjoy his walks to the field. Max mixes well other dogs and can be introduced to a dog savvy cat. He doesn’t pay any attention to our ducks, chickens and geese. He is becoming much more confident with new people and enjoys going out with our regular dog walkers.

Max will need a patient and understanding home, who will give him time to settle and learn to trust them. He would like a home without children and where there is someone at home for a good percentage of the day. Max has been neutered, vaccinated and microchipped. If you can be the one to restore Max’s faith in humans.
