Merry – 3 year old female Whippet cross Saluki
Merry is around 3 years old and thought to be a Whippet cross Saluki. Beautiful Merry came to us just before Christmas from a stray pound environment. She is an absolute darling. She walks like a dream on lead, is so friendly and happy and gentle in her kennel and has been wonderful with all the other dogs she has met.
Merry’s cat status is not yet known as due to the recent weather conditions we have not been able to have her thoroughly cat tested. We will do this as soon as conditions improve. We feel that Merry would be happy to live with other dogs but also that given time she would be fine as only dog but someone would need to be around to begin with to allow her to settle properly. She is very clean and undemanding in her kennel.
Merry has met older children at the kennels and been fine with them, however, she is gentle enough that we feel dog sensible children over around 4 years of age with supervision should be fine. Someone is going to get a perfectly nice, well rounded little dog with this girl.
Merry is vaccinated, kennel cough vaccinated, treated for parasites, microchipped and spayed. Merry is in a foster home in Staffordshire.
