Mia – 6 year old female Dogue de Bordeaux

Please meet marvelous Mia! Mia is a 6 year old Dogue De Bordeaux who is looking for a forever home due to a death in the family. She currently lives with 4 children who are between about 4 and 15 and is very tolerant with the little ones. She cannot live with cats – shows interest in them but doesn’t chase or bother them. They believe she was separated from mum quite early in life and believe this is why she has her own blankets that she likes to mouth for comfort – they’d really like this to be able to continue in her new home.

She is house trained. She had a level 1 cancerous growth in her shoulder last year – this was removed and no ongoing treatment. She is a very trusting girl who loves attention and love. She would prefer to be the only dog in the home but socialises well with other dogs out and about.

Mia would benefit with on lead training and is easily motivated by food! Mia will be neutered before leaving for her forever home and is vaccinated and microchipped.
