Mighty Mo is a 2-3 year old mixed bred black and tan Chihuahua cross Dachshund cross Terrier type. She is a super friendly little pocket rocket with a mighty personality. Mo adores people and she loves her walks and cuddles. She would be best suited in a home without children under 5 because she does not like rough or inexperienced handling, but she does nevertheless like children and has been fostered in a family with children. She has met cats, poultry, goats, sheep, cattle and horses on the lead and we think she would be fine to live with a cat or other animal with careful introductions although we would not be confident about small furries. Mo has lived with other dogs and she gets on well with them, but she needs to let them know that small does not mean pushover!
However, Mo would also be fine in a home without a dog because she is very people orientated. She is neutered, vaccinated and comes with a full passport for travelling outside the UK. Mo is house and crate trained and she can be left for a few hours without any problems. She does not chew and is not destructive. What she lacks in stature Mo makes up for in sheer personality and love of life. Her previous traumatic experiences have not crushed her, she positively exudes personality and is perpetually bursting with happiness and joy de vivre! Mighty Mo would be the perfect companion for somebody looking for a little lap dog with unlimited love!
Angel’s Kiss only uses kennels for immediate rescue and emergencies, all dogs advertised for adoption have been fostered in a home, so they can become familiar with the normal sights and sounds in a family and a household. It is with fosterers that these troubled souls learn what it is like to live in a home, sleep on a bed, eat a decent meal and know what it is to be loved. Fostering is the bridge from the old life to the new.
No known health issues. Mighty Mo is microchipped, fully vaccinated, up to date with flea and worm treatments and has a full passport. Mighty Mo is in a foster home in Scarborough. Angel’s Kiss homes dogs throughout the UK but potential adopters must be willing to travel to meet her. If you are interested in adopting Mo please get in touch with us through this website. The adoption fee is £220 and we always require a homecheck. This is done through a national network of rescue volunteers and usually does not take more than a few days to arrange.
