Milo is a 2.5 year-old male Spaniel cross Staffordshire Bull Terrier currently living in a foster home in the care of HEREFORD AND WORCESTER ANIMAL RESCUE. Milo is a lovely young dog who has endless amounts of energy so would need an active home with plenty of room to run and play. Milo can be a little timid at times but is very happy in human company, he knows his basics but continued training would be encouraged. This boy certainly has lots of character! Children would need to be over 8 years old as Milo is VERY boisterous.
Milo really enjoys his walks and has met lots of dogs and people when out but needs reminding to use his manners when greeting dogs. He can be very strong on the lead so would definitely benefit from ongoing training. Milo is getting better in the house with use of scent work, finding food that’s been hidden etc and he loves playing with his toys especially his bouncy ball. He is working on his commands- drop, come, fetch, leave and lie down but already knows sit! Milo gets a bit worried when his feet are touched or someone holds his collar but hopefully with confidence building he will learn that this isn’t scary.
For more details or to arrange an appointment to come and meet Milo please give HEREFORD AND WORCESTER ANIMAL RESCUE a call between 11am-3pm daily including weekends; or message us through our facebook page
