Mimi is an eighteen month old German Shepherd cross. Mimi fostered near Norwich (FR007). Mimi came into our care at the beginning of last summer. She had been rescued from a public shelter and taken into a private one but they’d never been able to touch her because she was too scared.
She was scared for a while after arrival but it wasn’t too long before her cheeky and playful traits were overcoming her fears and she was having the time of her life here. Lead training was a bit of a trial but she got there in the end and now walks beautifully to heal. She is still quite timid around strangers and takes a while to trust new people. She needs at least one other dog to live with and preferably one that will play with her.
Mimi does need an adopter with lots of love and patience. She’s not going to love you back overnight, but in time she will become a loyal and affectionate member of the family.
