Mindy – 10 month old female Staffordshire Bull Terrier cross Bull Mastiff

Mindy is a 10 month old Staffordshire Bull Terrier cross Bull Mastiff. She came into us four months ago, at which point, she’d never lived in a home before. She was understandably nervous and found new situations worrying.

Over time she has blossomed. She is house trained, crate trained and has got over many anxieties she previously had. She isn’t a barker, whiner or destructive. She can be left for up to four hours with no problems. The only issue she still has is that loud noises, such as traffic, make her nervous and when off lead, cause her to bolt for home. For this reason we’d like her to go to a home in as quiet an area as possible.

Mindy loves to play with her toys especially her ball which she will play for hours with but she can occasionally become possessive. Mindy also loves to chew on a bone.

Mindy is a very affectionate dog who loves a good fuss. She is great with children and people of all ages.  She loves other dogs and would benefit from a home which already has a resident dog in. Mindy can also live with cats.

Her fosterer describes her as “the most placid, chilled out, submissive dog I have ever had the pleasure of meeting”. Mindy is doing brilliantly and more than deserves a home to call her own now.
She has been spayed, vaccinated and micro chipped.
