Minnie – 10-12 month old female Cross-Breed

Minnie is a beautiful, unusual looking young cross-breed girl, probably under 12 months old. She is very friendly to people and is happy with medium and big dogs. Little dogs she is not so happy with but, with the right training and socialisation, she is young enough to learn to be fine too. Minnie was found as a stray over in Wales and never claimed. She is very playful, very quick and VERY much deserves her own, active, forever home asap please!

Here’s what Minnie’s foster carers say:

Minnie has settled in well with the other dogs and children in her foster home although she’s not yet learnt not to jump, it’s just because she is so playful and loving. She is living with a cat and is interested, but only because she sees it as something else to play with. She is also very interested in joining in with the children on their swing and trampoline, she’s just a young playful and totally adorable girl. We haven’t really a clue what is in her but she is a stunner! She loves playing fetch and is quickly cottoning on to the fact if she brings the ball back the game is much more fun!

Poor Minnie had to go to the vets today as occasionally she had been limping and we wanted to ensure she was in good health before going to her new home. It turns out she has dislocated her knee and needs an operation to sort this. Dogs Friends are raising the money for Minnie’s operation she can go to a new home beforehand if anyone wishing to adopt is happy to nurse her afterwards, there will be a short period when she will not be able to be exercised as normal. Someone did offer her a home but the dog in the family would not let her in the house so poor Minnie is not having a lot of luck, but she is a really super girl and will make someone a fantastic companion.
