Mishka is a 10-11 month old large breed pup that has been through a lot in her short life. Rescued from the middle of a field at only a couple of months old Mishka and her siblings were wild and did not want to be handled. The pups spent considerable time at the vets sick and sadly one of Mishka’s sisters passed away. The pups grew up with us and got used to people being kind to them. They were able to play, have fun and start to be ‘normal’ pups.
Mishka was always the most shy out of the pups but still very inquisitive. Since Mishka arrived in the UK she has really grown in confidence. She gets excited when she sees a lead to go for a walk. She adores her foster mummy and loves a tickle behind her ears. She is in foster with other dogs and a cat whom she gets on well with.
To earn the love and respect from a shy dog like Mishka is the best feeling in the world. She is really only half way along her journey. Over the coming months and years she will continue to blossom and only love can achieve this.
