Muttley – 3 year old male Staffordshire Bull Terrier Cross Boxer

Gorgeous boy Muttley is a Staffordshire Bull Terrier cross Boxer has come from a home with two adults and no children. He has been neutered.

Muttley will pull to get towards other dogs whilst on the lead and will sniff them if approached whilst off the lead but may get upset if the other dog stays near him for too long, he will chase cats.

Muttley is a very friendly dog although he can be quite wary and timid when first meeting new people. He seems particularly wary of older people and young children so would be best going to an adult only home or to a family with children over the age of thirteen. Once Muttley gets to know you and forms a bond he is extremely affectionate and loves lots of fuss and attention. Muttley can be extremely lively and boisterous and tends to have his ‘mad moments’ so will need to go to a home where he will have plenty of space and where he will have plenty of exercise and opportunities to play and let off steam. Because Muttley is so big and strong on the lead he will need to go to an owner who would be able to control him whilst out walking. Muttley is a very playful, affectionate dog who has a lot of love to give his new owners and would make a rewarding pet for someone who is looking for a lively new companion.
