Nadja – 2-3 year old female Dachshund Cross

Nadja is a small black with white spotted chest bitch Dachshund Cross aged 2 1/2 years. She is a very friendly girl with people and other dogs. She would love a home where there is another preferably medium or small/medium sized confident dog to play with. She is quite a strong girl both physically and in manner so needs another dog that will tell her when they have had enough of her attention. She loves people too and is y energetic so lots of long walks would be ideal for her. She also loves to play with a football.

Nadja could live with older children as long as they like to play. She is spayed vaccinated and has her own passport and is now ready to find her forever home. Overall she has a great very loving personality, she is currently living in a home environment and is clean in the house sleeps well and just needs a home of her own. A home check and adoption fee apply and priority for homing Nadja will go to someone living in East Devon or surrounding areas.

*Update February 2018*

Nadja is now with me in foster in Morecambe, Lancashire so instead of her looking for a home in Devon she is looking for one in Morecambe or surrounding area. She’s a lovely little dog who plays here with a dog that’s much bigger than her. In between playing she is quiet and calm.

We are looking for a home for her with people who have plenty of time for her only. Also she is a Dachshund cross if you could place her under that breed section.

Dogs Haven Rescue Devon & Lancashire

For further details about adopting a dog from Dogs Haven Rescue, please contact Serena Moore: or telephone 07701037029 (for dogs in Devon) or Jackie McDonough: 01524 418555 (for dogs in Lancashire). Our aim is to find loving forever homes for the dogs in our care, many have travelled a very long and hard road to get here, often from situations where the alternative would have been death. We only wish the cruelty they have endured would stop and hope to show them that there is a better way with good and kind people. Please note, all dogs will be vaccinated, microchipped and spayed/neutered before rehoming (if old enough). Full post adoption support is offered.
