Nanook – 2 year old male German Shepherd Cross

Nanook is a German Shepherd mix, he’s around two years old and I can only describe him as different, he is the strangest, funniest dog I have ever met. He sleeps in the shoe cupboard, bounces around like a rabbit, likes to sit behind you and push you off the sofa, sits at the dining table like he’s supposed to have a seat there, the list goes on!

He is a sweet and loving boy who loves to be cuddled and made a fuss of, he really likes to get your attention and will let you know if you’re not paying him enough by coming to join in with whatever you’re doing, he doesn’t care if you’re in the bath, he’s coming to talk to you. He is great with the other dogs here and would really like to live with a doggy companion, he barks at the cats but is responsive to commands so could live with them if properly introduced.

He really likes children, because he is one himself and they often have food or something he’s not supposed to have and they are likely to share and not tell tales on him. Nanook is a great dog, he’s fun but sweet, lively but gentle. Please get in touch if you think he is right for your family. Nanook is fostered in Bloxwich (FR037).
