Nelly
Nelly is a 1 1/2 year old female Doberman. She is good with other dogs if introduced correctly although she can get anxious if they are too in her face, she is also great with cats. Nelly gets on really well with children although we would prefer Nelly to go to a home with children over 12 as she can be nervous in new situations.
She can be left for up to 4 hours with something to keep her occupied as she can be destructive if things are left in her reach. Nelly does panic slightly in new situations so understanding and patience is needed when dealing with these situations.
She will take time to settle into a new home over and above what you would normally expect from a new dog because of this we feel Nelly needs an experienced home willing to continue with her socialisation and training, preferably one used to dealing with nervy dogs or a breed experienced home.
