Nymera – 18 month old female Lurcher Cross

Nymera is a medium sized crossbreed with a Lurcher look about her. She is around 18 months old. Nymera is a very sweet but shy girl that needs a patient and kind hearted adopter with a quietish environment. Nymera has not seen much of the world as she has grown up in a shelter so the big wide world is a bit of a scary place right now. Nymera was born in an abandoned house in Romania and her rescuer risked arrest to save her and her family.

Since that day Nymera has been safe at the shelter but has lacked the teachings of social skills. I can honestly say that this little poppet has so much potential. She wants love and affection but is afraid to ask for it or come forward for it. However when you impose a cuddle and a kiss on her she loves it but seems kind of bemused as to whether she is worthy of it.

Nymera now walks well on a lead. A home with another steady dog would be ideal to help teach her the ways of the world.

We are looking for someone who has the compassion and the insight to see past her initial fears and embrace the journey to find the dog within that is just daring itself to emerge.
