Obie – 18 month old male Greyhound

This is Obie and he is a 18 month old male Greyhound. . He has gorgeous, bright eyes with a lovely black coat and will be a real beauty once he gains some condition. Obie is quite small for a male greyhound, but definitely makes up for this with his bountyful personality! He loves everything, both human and canine alike and adores his cuddles. Obie still has that puppyish curiosity and wants to discover everything. He walks well on the lead and of course loves his walk time. Sadly Obie hasn’t yet experienced much outside of kennels and we’re certain he’s going to LOVE the home life. Once he discovers the joys of toys hes going to be on cloud nine!

Little Obie has not been tested with cats yet, but this can be done prior to adoption if needed. New owners will need to understand that Obie will need a settling in period of usually 1-2 weeks to get used to living in a home. Obie is neutered, vaccinated and microchipped and a home check will be required as part of the adoption procedure.

Obie is currently in kennels in Ireland, and can be transported to the UK or Europe if a suitable home offer comes up. This would be organised and paid for by Kerry Greyhounds and we ask only for a donation to help cover costs. This little, fun loving chappie is sure to make a delightful addition to a family home.
