Oscar – 12 month old male Cross-Breed

Oscar is a young (12 month old) cross breed from the streets of Romania. He has traveled over 1,750 miles to the United Kingdom, in chance of finding a new home. Oscar was spotted be dragged behind a moving vehicle, and was saved by a lady passing by. It is often hard to believe, that this brutal mentality still surfaces within mankind. Thankfully he was brought to safety before he underwent any further trauma. Because of this, Oscar had to undergo treatment for his hind leg. The recovery time suggested by the Vets is 3 months plus, or light walking.

Oscar is surprisingly very friendly and forgiving, holding no man to blame and loving all mankind regardless of how they have shamed upon us. That is the beauty of dogs. They devote, endure, love, forgive and trust. This dear little fellow is not very big at all, approximately the size of a male Westie, but not as heavily set. He takes the name ‘Sunset’ because he is the light than can rise from the darkness. He is the warmth in your heart, and the glow of a smile.

Oscardore Sunset. That is his name. Affectionate with children, good with cats, great with all dogs, clean in the house, travels well in the car (regardless of his previous experience with a motorised vehicle). Fully vaccinated, wormed, flea treated, microchipped, inoculated against rabies and neutered as necessary, with a Passport. Osardore is the third of four Brothers from the Sunset family (Gideon & Theodore Sunset). Simeon Sunset travels to the U.K later on this year.

We rehome anywhere in the United Kingdom, so please apply. All dogs are rehomed subject to a successful homecheck. Do not let distance deter you, Oscar has come this far for you so you do not have to travel as far as he did. However, If you are located under the Sun then you are fairly local. 😉
