Pablo is a 12 month old male Ratonero Bodeguero Andaluz Cross. Handsome little Pablo is a small-medium size little boy, with a white silky short coat and two black eyes, great markings ! He stands at: Height to shoulder 42cm. Length 43cm. Height to top of head: 54cm. and he weighs 13.5kg. Pablo probably needs to lose a couple of kilos, which will fall off with regular daily walks. He loves to play with all the other dogs and he is just so happy all the time. Pablo was picked up by the police in Rute in Spain as he was found wandering in the streets and near the roads.
They checked for a microchip as he looked in good condition and was so friendly and happy to go with them. They all felt he must of come from a home but no one has ever come forward or reported a dog missing which is so sad. At this time we don’t know how he is with cats but the Spanish shelter can test him. He has met the children who come to the refuge and has no problem with them at all. Pablo has made his home now in the Spanish refuge and gets on great with everyone but it is no substitute for a proper home and we would love to find him one. Spanish Bodegueros make excellent pets they are loving and affectionate, similar to the English Jack Russell but larger.

We can not home dogs from Spain or Portugal to people who work, even part time. They need someone at home all day, they are not used to being alone, so even a couple of hours broken with a dog walker will be too much for them to cope with. They are highly likely to develop separation anxiety which is distressing for them and everyone in their new home.
Adoption Fee : £275 – to be paid direct to the Spanish rescue to cover travel costs via UK bank account
