Paddy - 2 year old male Lurcher

Paddy is a 2 year old Lurcher male who landed in our care from a stray pound environment after being found wandering with his littermate Max. On arrival at our kennels Paddy was a very nervous boy and didn’t do well without his brother to begin with so they were kennelled together for three months whilst we brought Paddy’s confidence on.

Paddy has now moved into foster with two female Lurchers and is getting on well with them. He is a lovely, gentle and sometimes cheeky boy who once fully out of himself will be the most wonderful loyal loving companion.

Paddy definately gains confidence around other dogs and would not be happy as an only dog. Left in the company of the others he settles well and sleeps, he loves the security of his crate at the moment but is starting to sneak out onto the sofa. He also loves his food and his pigs ears are his favourite.

Paddy walks well on the leash in the main but does have a couple of twirly moments if in an unfamiliar place. He has been let off leash for a run in his foster carers secure field and loves nothing but to sniff around and run with the other dogs.

Paddy is clean in the house and settles well over night. Paddy is vaccinated, KC vaccinated, micro-chipped, deflead, dewormed and neutered.
