Peaches – 10 year old female Cross-Breed

Peaches is a 10 year old female Cross-Breed. Perky Peaches is an absolute pleasure to care for, in fact she’s almost perfect and very well trained! She came to us after being abandoned so we have no background history. To be rehomed as an only pet, with older children of 10+ years if a family apply, but would also suit couples and single households. She walks wonderfully well on lead and harness, knows many basic commands, such and sit, paw, beg with both paws.

She loves to play ball and enjoys going out for long walks with other groups of dogs and handlers. She presents much younger than her age and will be a fun dog to have around. Although she will ignore other dogs, if they invade her personal space she is reactive towards them, so must be rehomed as an only dog. No cats please.

So if you are looking for a well mannered, well trained dog, please consider Peaches, as she really does fit the bill.

RSPCA Essex South West
The RSPCA Essex South West Branch is, like all RSPCA branches, an independent charitable trust. As such, it has to be financially self-supporting – in other words it has to raise the funds it needs to support its animal welfare activities. The Branch covers an area ranging from Dagenham & Barking in the South to Epping & Nazeing in the North, Waltham Abbey to the West and Abridge to the East. Although we do rehome our dogs to all other areas. The Branch is run and staffed entirely by volunteers. The main activity of the Branch is in rescuing and finding new homes for companion animals that for a variety of reasons are either homeless or cannot stay with their present owner. We work in partnership with Goddard's Chingford Kennels, who board and care for our rescue dogs. All dogs who are rehomed from us will have their initial course of vaccinations, worm and flea treatments, will be neutered, microchipped and come with 6 weeks free pet insurance in conjunction with the RSPCA and More Than insurance company. In the last eight years (to December 2012) the RSPCA ESSEX SOUTH WEST Branch has re-homed approximately 2200 cats and 1700 dogs. 220 dogs were re-homed in 2013.
