Peetey – 4-5 year old male Labrador Cross

Here in rescue we have the special little Peétey. Dearest Peétey came over from Romania to the United Kingdom, in order to find a better life in comfort. Peétey is living with over 8 dogs, and 4 cats in a residential setting. Would you believe that Dearest Peétey comes from a Sanctuary that cared for over 1,300 dogs and cats. He is a very kind soul, that had been overlooked for many years in the shelter. Thankfully his time has come, and he now resides in foster care in the U.K. Since his arrival, Peétey has gone from strength to strength.

Once he knows you, he’s a very affection little character. Only around the size of a Collie, he’s not a large dog at all. Peétey can be wary of new male figures, as in Romania the Dog Catchers are typically male. However, the owner of the Sanctuary that he stayed with was male, and Dearest Peétey adored him. He could do anything with him, so I know that inside this fluffy coat, is a beating heart needing guidance.

This dear chap would suit a retired couple, or very quiet home where he can relax and live in comfort. He’s clean in the house, non destructive, can be left. He doesn’t bark, but may do so to thank you for preparing him a scrumptious meal. Although he lives with young children, a home without children or older (over 12), visiting grand children, that are quiet and respectful towards animals. Fully vaccinated, wormed, flea treated, microchipped, neutered, vaccinated against rabies, with a Pet Passport too!

We re-home outside Cambridgeshire, so please feel free to apply. For more information, please get in touch.
