Pee-Wee – 2 year old male Yorkshire Terrier Cross

Pee-wee is a two year old Yorkshire Terrier cross whose owner could no longer look after him due to their working hours changing, before coming into Raystede’s care he was being left alone at home for up to fourteen hours at a time. Although he is a cross Pee-wee has lots of typical Yorkie traits and as a very active little chap who really enjoys his exercise he would love to have a home where he can be a dog and make up for lost time exploring and running. Pee-wee can sometimes be a timid dog and be easily overwhelmed by busy or noisy situations, he would be suited to a home that is not too busy where his confidence can be built on. Pee-wee could probably live with older children but will need to be treated calmly, he is sociable with other dogs and could live with the right companion and we are hopeful that he could also be trained to live with cats.
