Peggy – 4-5 month old female Cross-Breed

Peggy is a 4-5 month old female Cross-Breed. Peggy is one of a litter of 6 puppies that were found abandoned with their mother near the shelter of one of the rescuers we work with out in Romania. I say “abandoned” as their mother Madge had very clearly “belonged” to someone as her behaviour and social skills were exceptional. Sadly 3 of the puppies died due to a disease contracted from the belly full of worms they all had, but luckily 3 of the surviving puppies were strong enough to fight it.

The puppies are all 4/5 months now (5.11.2018) and are absolute delightful and have clearly taken on their mothers wonderful temperament. They are happy and playful just as you would expect puppies of their age to be but they are also exceptionally gentle and very very loving. Size wise, if they are anything like their mother, we would expect them to top out at about 18-20 kilos when fully grown.

If you have a Peggy shaped hole in your heart and on your sofa please pop onto our website at and complete a pre adoption questionnaire (second form down in the contact us section). Please note a home check and adoption fee will apply. Peggy is currently in foster near Glasgow.
