Pepper – 2-3 year old female Boxer Cross

Pepper is a 2-3 year old female Boxer Cross. We are looking for very special home for Pepper who has been abused in the past and consequently is seeking a home that can accommodate her particular needs. Despite several months of trying to help Pepper overcome her fear of men, it has become apparent that she will only ever feel safe in a female only home situation. She can live with another dog, subject to careful introductions, and seems to gain some confidence from a relaxed canine companion, she has also lived with cats in her foster home.

Pepper is okay to be left alone for a few hours a day once settled. Pepper is a typical bouncy, Boxer cross youngster who is energetic and playful. She needs ongoing training with a calm and confident female owner.
