Pixie – 4 year old female Yorkshire Terrier
Pixie is a Yorkshire Terrier girl aged 4 years old who is looking for a new home after her owner had a baby. She could be fine to live with other dogs, dog confident cats and children aged 10 years and older. She is house-trained and can be left alone for up to 5 hours.
She would suit someone who worked fulltime providing they were willing to put measures in place to prevent her being left alone for longer than four to five hours without a break e.g. a pet sitter or dog walker.
She would suit a first time owner providing they are fully prepared for the hard work and commitment involved in caring for a dog and have fully researched the breed type. She will need a minimum of one hour of off lead exercise daily in a park or open space.
