Plink is a 5 month old Staffordshire Bull Terrier cross Boxer looking for a new home. He has had an unknown amount of homes, but he was first spotted very thin with a homeless person who agreed to sell him. The family couldn’t cope with his bouncy behaviour and so handed him onto another lady until space became available in rescue. He did find a home, but the two dogs in the family just wouldn’t settle so he was returned to rescue. He is good with most of the dogs here but is very heavy footed (he is all feet and happiness!) so would be best living with a larger even tempered spayed bitch rather than a small dog.
Plink is a very happy go lucky and exhuberant pup, so he will need further control training.
Plink has an excellent appetite but is in the stage at the moment of putting everything in his mouth, so a crate is suggested at present when nobody is around. Plink is fully housetrained.
Plink could live with older teenage children, but is far too bouncy for tiny children.
Plink is far too excitable to live with cats (he could jump on them and hurt them). He loves his walks and has excellent recall, but we are working on him not jumping up people to say hi when he meets them. Plink has been fully vaccinated, castrated, microchipped, wormed and flea treated.
A homecheck will be required and a minimum adoption fee of £150 applies.
