Poppy – 2-3 year old female Jack Russell Terrier

Poppy is a female Jack Russell Terrier. She is approximately 2-3 years of age. She came into our care from the inspectors as her previous owners can no longer care for her due to family illness. Poppy is a friendly and affectionate little dog. She is typical of many Jack Russells in that she is very active ,alert and inquisitive. She is currently being boarded in kennels and is quite excitable and easily distracted by the other dogs. She tends to calm down quite quickly when out on walks and is fine on the lead.

Poppy is playful and will need an active owner who will provide her with lots of exercise. She lived with 2 dogs in her previous home and therefore could live with another neutered dog if introductions are successful. She could be rehomed with older children. Poppy has been neutered, microchipped and is fully vaccinated.
