Prince – 2 year old male Border Collie

Prince is a 2 year old male Border Collie and a lovely friendly boy. He was handed in because he does not want to work sheep. Now neutered and fully vaccinated. Only children over 10 as poor Prince is so scared.

A note from Princes foster parents :

Just wanted to let you know how we are getting on with Prince. Unfortunately this poor boy is displaying all the signs of a terrible life. He is overly submissive to the point that he actually urinating with fear every time we approach him. He is extremely timid and spooked by sudden movement, noise.

He spent the first day in the smallest space behind our shed till Mark eventually coaxed him out with treats. The children terrify him, he has just about realised Mark and I won’t
hurt him but I’m not 100% convinced he knows the children are no threat. I really do think if this poor boy is ever to relax and have any chance of finding his ‘forever home’ then he needs to be

billeted with someone with no kids.”
