Rascal – 4-5 year old male American Bulldog cross Staffordshire Bull Terrier

Rascal is 4 and a half years old. He is a American Bulldog cross Staffordshire Bull Terrier weighing a hefty 5 stone! He could be rehomed with a female dog and children. We are currently unsure how he reacts to cats. He loves to play ball and is an overall a really laid back boy! He walks best on a harness but does tend to pull when he sets out on a walk as he is excited! On the way back, he is very well behaved. He is a sleepy boy who snores very loudly! He will sit, paw and balance a ball on his nose for you!

Rascal is very good indoors, and doesn’t bark. He thinks he is a lapdog and loves kisses. Interested? Get in touch!

They take on dogs whose owners are no longer able to look after them due to unforeseen circumstances. Staffie and Stray Rescue are also in the process of developing a campaign to help change people’s negative attitudes towards Staffordshire bull terriers, who are often portrayed as dangerous dogs in the media. With 75% of stray dogs being Staffordshire bull terriers, they hope to encourage more people to rehome the breed.
