Redbrick-Diamond – 4 year old female Greyhound

Redbrick Diamond is a really lovely black Greyhound aged 4 years old. She’s raced for the last time on the 18th December 2009 and finally retired when she dislocated her toe. Diamond has now fully recovered and has come into our rescue kennels as we hope to find this very calm, gentle girl a home. Like all Greyhounds, she’s fairly quite and a little withdrawn preferring her bed in this cold weather.

We couldn’t face taking her coat off for the photos as it was such a bitterly cold day and she’s kennelled outdoors. Diamond will take a little while to gain confidence and come out of her shell but we can guarantee there is a little character hiding in there somewhere. You’ll see the true benefits of rescuing a dog as you watch her start to shine before your eyes. Diamond will need to get used to living in a home environment.

Kennelled at Treswell, Nottinghamshire, East Midlands. Please ring Wendy on 07766124364 after 6pm for further details. Jenny is currently kennelled in Treswell, Nottinghamshire and would probably be best rehomed without cats or small furries due to her racing days.
