Labrador Welfare
For further details regarding dogs available for adoption from Labrador Welfare please contact June Roberts by emailing or telephoning 0114 266 1756. All Labrador Welfare’s dogs are all based in Sheffield, South Yorkshire and Labrador Welfare have emphasized that re-homing is only possible in the North East, Yorkshire and northern parts of Lincs, Notts and Derbyshire [home visits are carried out by the rescue centre and understandably there is a limited area that can be covered]. Labrador Welfare rescue and re-home Labrador Retrievers who, through no fault of their own, need new homes. When a dog is handed over to us for adoption it is taken in to Boarding Kennels run by two of our Trustees. This is to make life easier for those handing dogs over to us, and also the potential adopters who can meet the dog chosen for them without any pressure. We are also able to assess the dogs whilst they are in kennels, thus helping us to match dogs with their new owners. We sometimes have a rapid change of dogs available for adoption so we would recommend that you review our own website and then contact us to discuss any dogs in more detail.
