Rocky – 22 month old male Akita
This is Rocky, a stunning 22 month old Akita boy looking for a new home due to a change in his owner’s circumstances. Currently living with a cat and a hamster, Rocky is a friendly boy, excitable without being bouncy, and happy to be fussed and stroked, relaxing quickly and leaning in for more. A big fan of cuddly toys, Rocky likes to bring them over to have a good play, he also likes his football!
With a good knowledge of commands, including “sit” and “paw”, Rocky is also fairly good on the lead and pulls very little. Rocky has been socialised with some other dogs, and as such subject to successful introductions may be able to live with another dog, however he has little experience with smaller dogs. He has not lived with children, however his owner reports that he is at ease around them and has met a number during his life, with this in mind Rocky will not be placed in a home with young children.
