Rooney – 2-3 year old male Staffordshire Bull Terrier
Rooney is very special, he is a wonderfully characterful and inquisitive boy, with a friendly and sunny nature. He is a brindle and white male Staffie found as a stray. He is around 2-3 years old, is in good health and has been fully vaccinated. He is currently entire but may be neutered prior to re-homing.

Rooney is a friendly dog who enjoys some attention but who is also happy to amuse himself with a variety of different toys. He has encountered several other dogs in our exercise enclosure and has been inquisitive but without any signs of aggression. He is easy to place in and out of his kennel and is fully house-trained. Rooney understands some basic commands but would definitely benefit from further structured training or an experienced owner. He has been seen around children, to whom he has no adverse reaction, but his desire to retain his toys may mean that he is not suited to a home with very young children. He is probably not suited to a home with cats but other dogs are likely to be fine. It is our policy that any other dogs in the household should be brought here to meet any dog that you are considering re-homing from us.

A re-homing fee of £75 will be required and anyone interested should contact our pet Unit Manager, Heidi between 10am and 6pm daily. Thank you.
