Roxy – 18 month old female Staffordshire Bull Terrier Cross

Roxy is approximately 18 months old and is a Staffordshire Bull Terrier Cross. Roxy was brought to our door by a family who could no longer cope. They had a house full of children and sadly Roxy wasn’t getting the attention she needed. They explained that they had originally taken Roxy from another family who had basically neglected her and left her alone for most of the time. Roxy is a real sweet heart but she is not settling in to kennel life well at the moment. We fear she may have been physically abused sometime in her past as she is quite nervous when she first meets strangers and she sometimes cowers.

It doesn’t take long to get to know Roxy and when you do you’ll see just how affectionate and loving she is. Roxy has already been rehomed from here once already but returned as she was too much for the couple. She is a lively young dog so will need an understanding home with someone who is willing to put in the time to help her through the settling in stages. Roxy is still just a pup, she needs a real loving home to call her very own. She would like to be the only pet in the home.
