Sam – 3 year old male Border Collie

This is the lovely Sam, he is a 3 year old Border Collie boy. He is a very sensitive soul and rescued by the inspector, he was living in a house with other dog and had never been taken for a walk. He is still extremely thin and we have had him for 3 weeks now.

He is the most kindest gentle little soul, so very sweet, good with other dogs, people and children – he is not very confident which is hardly surprising and just wants to please but is doing extremely well, he is very good off his lead and likes to keep his eye on you. The only thing we are struggling with is his house training as the poor little man was never taken out so he used the house as a toilet, but he is doing very well and we now have him clean in a crate so its just something that someone has to be aware of and work out with him but I have had dogs before that have lived outside and you just have to be able and willing to put the time in. Collies are extremely bright and it will not take long. He really is going to make someone a lovely pet.
