Spic and Span – 1 year old male and female Bearded Collie Crosses

Spic and Span are a 1 year old brother and sister combo. We were expecting Bearded Collies, but they are about half the size expected and so are very probably Bearded Collie crosses.

They have come into our care as Span had injured his tail and his owner didn’t want to pay the vet bill so opted to have him put to sleep instead. She then returned to the vet with Spic saying that his sister missed him and so she’d like her put to sleep as well! We think that they will make somebody wonderful pets.

They are both full of beans and very playful, but a bit wimpy around the bigger, stronger dogs. They are lots of fun to be with. They lived outdoors and have had little human contact. Their housetraining is very poor at the moment, but they are fast learners! The rewards to be gained from investing in these 2 are potentially huge.

Thinking about adopting a dog?- How about if we gave you some free dog food to make life easier?

Highly recommended if you’re thinking of adopting a dog:- Compare dog insurance policies and make sure your idea of the cheapest dog insurance isn’t mistaken for the best dog insurance!
