Suggs – 1 year old male Terrier Cross

Suggs is a 1 year old male Terrier Cross who has come into our care because his owner has been diagnosed with cancer and can no longer give him the care and attention he deserves.

Suggs is a wire-haired terrier cross, he is a small dog with a huge personality and when he smiles at you he looks like Basil Brush – very cheeky and he is just simply infectious! Without doubt we adore him to pieces; he is just a wonderful character.

Suggs is a bundle of energy. Just like most terrier breeds he can bounce high into the air and gets very excitable indeed. He loves to charge around the fields on walks, rooting and sniffing out everything he can but at the same time loves his cuddles and fusses and is very friendly, loving and affectionate too.

Suggs has been used to visits from grandchildren and has always been great with them. He does require lead training and he had never been in a car before we collected him and he definitely needs to be contained when he is transported to keep him from bouncing everywhere, though he doesn’t seem to overly mind the travel itself.

Suggs is just a sheer joy; completely bonkers and full of life. He needs an active home where he will get all the attention, exercise and training that he needs. Just because he is small do not under estimate how much boinging he can do. His previous owner felt that Suggs would benefit from a large garden to run around in – can you give him a second chance in life?
