Sully – 1 year old male Patterdale Terrier
Sully is a 1 year old Patterdale Terrier male who was bought as a pup to live with a family with 4 children and a cat. The family hadn’t done their research and paid the price as it became increasingly obvious they had a very busy excitable little man in their midst. Now in foster with other dogs. Sully is has a slightly broken coat and he is neutered, micro-chipped and vaccinated.
Sully needs a terrier experienced home and the company of another dog(s). He gets excited outside so owners should ideally have another dog who can cope as a role model. Terrier-proof garden and tight exit management by the family and visitors as for any terrier will be required.

Sullivan wasn’t the little Labrador his family was hoping for. Working type terriers are busy little people with active mind sets and are on a mission. Sully having lived with children is really happy to play ball, but recently has been discovering himself as K9 and is now seeking a companion to devote his life to. Just turned a year old, Sully is receptive to learning and picks up skills and confidence from aware adults and competent dogs.

Sully is sunny in his nature. Adaptable and so very loyal. He needs commitment to push confidence down through his lead whilst out and may never come off an extender like 95% of working terrier types. Yes, Sully is true to breed type and in that way, in the right hands, he will shine and prove himself to actually be a special Terrier be it with a capital ‘T’. Currently fostered in with many dogs and potential owner will be able to witness and receive a handover. Sully needs a canine companion and is currently adoring lurchers and a springer. He needs a terrier experienced home to call his own.
