Dogue De Bordeaux Cassie is a young DDB who was found by firemen in the garden of a home during a house fire. Householders not traced (there was a cannabis farm found at the property) Cassie has come on very well and has integrated with 2 dogs in her foster home and bonded well with her foster carers but does show some fear with strangers entering the home. She is more relaxed with strangers outside. Cassie needs an experienced home with no young children willing to work with her fear of strangers and place her in a place of safety behind a dog gate whilst doing this. She is an extremely affectionate dog with a lot of love to give.
Billy was handed into rescue as an unwanted pet, with nowhere to turn. The is a regular occurrence that happens to many dogs like Billy, through no fault of their own. During Billy’s time in foster care, he was being picked on by the other dogs, as felt frightened and bewildered. Billy was swiftly moved from foster care to rescue, where he was able to relax among the 14 friendly dogs, he currently lives with. A dear little fellow, Billy doesn’t want any trouble, and just enjoys the quieter life. If there is a nice comfortable sofa, and a fire burning, that is usually where you will find Sir Billy most content.
He enjoys a good walk, whilst exploring the surroundings, but will not hassle you to go out. This chap is very relaxed and easy going, but not all lazy. Sir Billy appears to have no interest in the Cats, as he is very content with human company. The Chickens and Horses have no great appeal to this dear little fellow. Being an older boy, he has accepted the thrills of yesterday. Billy also lives with young children, and is just happy at where ever he receives Custard Creams and affection. He certainly loves a Rich Tea biscuit, dunked in a hot cuppa! Bless him. Vaccinated, Castrated, Wormed, Flea Treated and ready to go. If you are interested in young Billy, please get in touch. All adoptions are subject to a successful Home-check.
