Tango is a 5 year old English Springer Spaniel who came into rescue with his brother, Pepsi, but they really don’t get on and we have chosen to split them up. His foster mum describes Tango as a complete loon – a normal Springer then! He knows some commands, sit, stay, lay down, bed and is generally good off lead and does come back to the whistle, although he does go deaf for 10 minutes when his nose is down. He also is like a steam train on a lead, a figure of 8 may help.
He is fine to be left for small amounts of time with no chewing and he sleeps all night with not a sound. He absolutely adores water. He is very interested in cats and small furries, so he can’t live with any of those but he can live with children over 8. Having lived with his brother all his life he needs to be rehomed with another dog, male or female. Tango is in foster in Dorset and he is neutered, chipped, vaccinated, wormed and flead. Adoption is subject to meet and greet, homecheck and adoption fee of £200. Applications via the website please (see the About Us tab at the end of the page for details).
