Teddy – 6 month old male Lurcher cross Greyhound

Teddy is a 6 month old male Lurcher cross Greyhound. Teddy is a stunning looking pup who would love new owners who are around for most of the day. He is still a young lad and is as you would expect quite bouncy. Due to his size a home with older children as he could knock younger ones over. Teddy is used to living with children. A home with another energetic dog would be great for Teddy as he does love to play.

Without a resident dog Teddy does display some separation anxiety, nothing major and easily remedied. Our preference would be to re home him with a resident dog of similar size unless experienced owners able to meet his needs as an only dog. As you would imagine Teddy still requires some training, he is a young lad who will blossom in the right hands. Teddy is clean in the house and travels well in the car. He is great with other dogs but unknown with cats or small furries. We suspect a cat free home may be best.

Teddy is currently on foster in Grays Essex. He has been micro chipped, vaccinated and is up to date with flea and worming. Teddy is still too young to be neutered so will be re homed on a Neutering Contract (reduced cost neutering is available at our vets).

*Update April 2018*

Teddy has come on in leaps and bounds since arriving with us. He is a great lad who would like new owners who are around for most of the day and a home with another energetic playful dog would be wonderful. Hi foster has been working on his separation anxiety and he is now happy to be left for a couple of hours.

He is a really smart boy and his foster mum thinks he may well be suited to agility or perhaps flyball. We cannot understand why Teddy is still waiting for his forever home he is a great boy who loves life. He hasnt asked for anything except a family to adore him and a home of his own.

Please can you share Teddy if you cannot offer him a home. This pup deserves a happy ending.
