Toby and Pip are 5 year old male Cavalier King Charles Spaniels. These two beautiful Cavaliers are looking for their forever home together. They are currently in foster and have settled in well. They depend on each other and do everything together it’s very cute. They are 5 years old and will need to be homed together. Toby is Tri and Pip is the Blenheim. They are both people dogs and love a cuddle especially Pip. They are gentle boys and are good with children an excellent with other dogs. All they need is a home to give them as much love as they give. They are being fostered in the Peterborough area.
Toby and Pips Diary:
We have been in our Foster home since the 25th of July. We got straight in the car and were very good and very excited to see where we were going. When we arrived we had a good look round and then our foster mum gave us a bath, it was lovely, then we were dried with the hair dryer and we didn’t mind at all. The first night was a little bit scary but we were together in the same bed so it wasn’t too bad. We did wonder if we would see our humans again because they left us alone in the kitchen but we didn’t need to worry as they came down in the morning and they seemed to be as pleased to see us as we were to see them! After that things became very comfortable.
We enjoy 2 walks a day for about 20 minutes at a time as we are a little bit on the tubby side, we go after breakfast and again after dinner in the evening, we get very excited especially my brother Toby ( he is the tri coloured one ) he’s a bit of a silly Billy! Our Foster mum and dad have been teaching us how to play again as we had forgotten for a while. We like to chase toilet roll holders and balls made out of tin foil. Our favourite thing of all is when our foster mum lets us on the bed for a cuddle with her when our foster dad is at work, we shouldn’t really be up there at all, but it is nice.
When we get too hot we like to lie on the cool kitchen floor together or we go outside as the back door is always open. We eat together, sleep together and even go paddling together in the stream when we go out. Our foster mum says we are such good company and we like to watch what she is doing around the house and in the garden. We have been to a Dog Show and travelled really well. We met lots of people and everyone liked to make a fuss of us and said what good boys we were. We met lots of dogs too and we were happy to say hello. Our foster mum has left us for a few hours on our own and we don’t mind at all, infact it is a good time to have a snuggle together and go to sleep.
We really need to find our forever home quickly as my Foster mum has to go back to work soon. She does sometimes tell us that if she didn’t have to work at all we could stay here but I don’t think she is going to win the lottery anytime soon!
