Trixie has had superb care in her current foster placement but we are now looking for someone who can continue that care as her current fosterers are a forces family and have just received a posting abroad. Trixie was bitten by a dog in the shelter and a chunk was taken out of the side of her mouth. She has had 3 operations, several courses of laser treatment and a lot of antibiotics but it is still not healed so further treatment is going to be needed possibly more laser treatment or possibly some form of plastic surgery we’re not sure yet but Leash of Life will continue to fund this.
Trixie is such a lovely little dog and has coped so well with all of her treatment. She is super friendly, good with other dogs and takes no notice of cats. Ideally we would now like her in a long term foster where there is a possibility of adoption when the treatment is finished and it would be great if this was in or close to a town where there is a Garston practice so that she has continuity of care.
Can anyone help our little girl?
