Tulip – 18 month old female Vizsla cross Doberman

Tulip is a 18 month old female Vizla/Doberman cross dog. Tulip came in to the rescue after being found with serious burns on 3 of her feet, she has undergone treatment to heal these and seems to be doing well. Tulip is a high energy dog, she is good with cats that stick up to her, good with children however due to her whip of a tail we recommend that she could only go to a home with children over the age of 10, she has shown no interest in the animals across the forest, however she has shown interest in chasing the farm animals, I think this is just curiosity, Tulip is good to be left as long as she has regular exercise, if she has any pent up energy she will whine and howl when left, we took her for an hours walk and then she was left for 4 hours with no issues. Tulip is brilliant off the lead, however she pulls quite a lot on the lead, this is improving daily with training.
