Tyger – 8 month old male Staffordshire Bull Terrier

Tyger is an adorable young Staffordshire Bull Terrier male around 8 months old who looks just like a little bear cub. He was rescued from the dog pound and is currently in private kennels in South Yorkshire. Tyger is very good on his lead, excellent in the car and gets along well with his fellow canines. He is available for permanent adoption to a loving home.

He is great on his lead, does not pull at all and is very friendly with people and other dogs. He was rescued from the pound and has settled in very well. He is a suprisingly calm boy given his tender age and breed and when you he goes out in the car, you would not even know he was there.

He just lies down on the back seat or sits like a little passenger. Tyger is very affectionate and loves human company. He is a very well behaved, placid boy who rarely jumps up and does not mouth at all. He loves his toys and in particular his tennis ball. Tyger was very frightened at the pound and it is rewarding to see his confidence increase on a daily basis. He is a lot more relaxed now and his true personality is coming through nicely. Tyger really is a super little dog and was one of the favourites at the pound apparently for his good nature and even temperement. He also has an exceptionally cute little face and a cheeky bark ( more of a yip really as he is no more than a pup).
